My dear friend and I visited last Thursday. They were first out of fries. Can you believe that for a burger joint to be out of french fries? And then they were out of apple pies. And the place was full of flies and not the table in there that had been used had been wiped off. Probably the reason so many flies were over where anyway we couldn't even eat there and we tried. We won't be back so don't even bother trying to get in touch with us.

Parking lot is always full and over flows into the road. Compared to other fast food restaurants they are the highest. Food is good, except their egg, and cheese biscuit it is excellent.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, what I got was a 3 piece strip meal that must have been cooked hrs before because it was like eating a car tire !

This jacks. Has went down! How you busy but you serving hard dry chicken!? I ordered a 3 piece dinner chicken should have been discarded 30 min ago!! I ordered a sweet tea there is no sugar in the tea!! And I’ve called 15 times to no answer! There is 5 people up front! I won’t be back this is uncalled for and I had to wait in drive thru 20 min truly disappointed

Management needs to instruct employees on how to interact with customers , Especially at the Drive thru. Like maybe saying Hi Welcome to Jacks may I take your order , Instead of being rude when you ask for napkins or sauce or something extra.
