Today my experience was terrible. I ordered my food and watched as people who were behind me get their food first. I didn’t know that heating up mini bagels was that hard?I had to walk away because I would’ve almost missed my flight. Do better please.

Didn't open until 5:30 even though it says they open at 4:30. Saw the employees inside ignoring everyone. I was at the airport since 4 along with hundreds of other passengers. This seems like the one dunkin that should be open on time and be able to serve customers. Super let down.

Only coffee in the terminal-was supposed to open at 6:00 AM. Currently 6:29, standing in line with about 25 other people and the gates aren’t open/no one inside is serving or opening. Don’t count on it if you’re running late.

sandwhich barley warm. Cheese not wven melted on. Need to throw in to microwave.Fully staffed and staff was wuick and was pleasant. Only Dunks open was Term 1-12. Dunks in Term 12-30 was closed.

Super rude and didn’t open in time. Another customer asked what time they were opening, and employees completely ignored them. They took their sweet time. Just go to the McDonald’s in the terminal, at least they have mobile order.

Very rude employee work asked her what time was she opening I could see she was stepping up this was at 7:45am rudely said your going to have to wait I setting up now. I asked you what time you open told her thank you for your rude Customer service. Please get an employee who can just answer a question asked nicely.

It’s 5:45 on a Thursday and this dunkin is closed in the airport. Like others said, the employee said they opened at noon and was ignoring customers.
