Dunkin'

We were trying to go to the drive thru but we drove in the wrong way, luckily a nice gentleman let us in front of him. The young man who took our order was so pleasant, I wish I could remember his name he had an accent and was cute as a button ,,,,, and I told him so! After we ordered we thought about the nice man behind us who let us go before him, so my friend paid for his order,,,,,, what a great feeling we left with ,,,,,, Superior service from that young man and a good feeling to do something nice for someone else. I definitely WILL go back to that Dunkin's !!

I went in for my morning coffee and breakfast this morning when I was overcharged not once but twice the manager came over and fixed the issue and gave me back my money. Then when my food came out the woman who had overcharged me twice had an attitude and threw my food down. I then went to leave and got in my truck to find out that after I let all of that go my donut wasn’t even close to the right donut I said vanilla frosted and got a jelly donut instead. The Hispanic woman who took my order, overcharged me twice ($16 for 2 wake up wraps a coffee and donut) threw my order down on the counter with clear attitude, AND GAVE ME THE WRONG DONUT. Is it that hard to take a food order correctly? 0 stars.

What a well run, efficient and friendly Dunks this is! I got through the drive thru line wait of nine cars in under four minutes! The person taking orders over the intercom was the most cheerful person to take my order in quite literally years! They got my hold the egg request on my sandwiches, made my coffee perfectly and my TWO donuts were given to me in, get this, A BOX!! See the picture. I'm so used to them being unceremoniously dumped in a bag, chocolate frosting side down that I was actually speechless for a second. I made sure to compliment the workers and to tip them well! An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Thank you!!
