The inside was closed to customers but the drive through was open. The nice lady working in the Dunkin’ allowed me to mobile order and grab my drink from inside. My iced latte was perfect! You never know how your coffee will turn out but I was highly satisfied!

Every single time I go here, I have a wonderful experience. Everything is always fresh tasting and the employees are incredibly sweet. Anytime I need anything, I have always been serviced with a smile. Keep up the great work :))

This place is an absolute joke. More than half the time when I stop in to grab some breakfast they aren’t serving hot food. The rest of the time they have 6-8 people working and it still takes 10-15 min to get your food. More than half of them stand around and talk or lean on counters. I used to stop here everyday on my way to work and it was great. New people took over and it’s a joke

The coffee was awful. Then they disappointed to little girls. They smashed the 2 pink frosted donuts together which kinda takes away from the idea of getting sprinkles on top.

Find another location. Inconsistent store hours, VERY unfriendly staff. You never know when the drive thru will be open and when it is, you'll have a long wait for your order. Only half of the menu is available most days, some days you'll be greeted with a small "no hot food sign" and with that, don't try to order just a bagel, untoasted with cream cheese on the side. They consider that hot food and won't even let you order that.

Coffee and food quality is good, but if you’re looking for convenience and a quick trip..just go to any other location. This location has been struggling for years (pre-pandemic). Inconsistent store hours, unfriendly staff, wacky inside/drive thru operations, half the menu available most days or even just closed in general.

I frequent this D&D alot because its local and the results are hit and miss. Decent service but the products arent always consistant in quality. I always get a large frozen coffee with whip cream. It's supposed to be well blended and mixed but sometimes I get it and its not. This makes the drink borderline undrinkable. Check photo to see how unmixed the drink was when I got it. All the coffee flavoring that was blended in has sank to the bottom. The pics are from 5 minutes apart. I should not look or taste the way I got it. Like I said, it's not all the time but for a drink that 5.50 I'd like to know that I get what I paid for.

Awful Customer Service. Asked for a iced coffee with caramel, sugar and CREAM. was only given it with caramel and sugar. The lady at the window made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking to fix it. The lady grabbed the drink out of my hand that she had already given me and took it back to fix it. Once the drink was given back to me it wasn't mixed together, no new drink was made, and there was cream dripping down all over the sides of the cup. Then it was an even more inconvenience to ask for a straw to be able to drink my iced coffee. My drink just tastes like half of it was dumped out for them to be able to put some cream in it. I pretty much wasted $3.49 because I had to throw it away.
