Extreme Pizza

If you're reading this, just find another pizza place. A large signature $22 pizza could pass as an flatbread appetizer at some restaurants. These pizzas are THIN and soft. One slice could be bite size if folded. Taste was just fine. Service was also lacking. Took 10 minutes to get a menu while only being 6 other people in the whole place. The music on was rap. The music choice should be for the customers more than the people working.

I honestly would have given this place no stars if it were an option. The service was terrible! We ordered four appetizers and had a main course come out with them, and another appetizer didn't come until later on. One pizza wasn't even cooked through all the way, the dough was still, well... DOUGH! My pizza (which was just a plain cheese with olives) didn't come out until at LAST 15 minutes after everyone else had already finished their meal. It's not like the place was crowded either, at one point we were thw only people there! Not to mention that we recieved massive amounts of attitude when we askes for contact information for the manager. Save your time and money. You could find dozens of better pizza places in Wilmington

After ordering my wife and I sat down at the table to eat and we waited for about 25 minutes, just for one slice of Pizza and a order of fries and boneless wings. Furthermore noticing that we were the only ones sitting down at a table eating!!!!!! Lets not forget that we were sitting down which evidently means at least to me that we wanted to dine in. Our server was a Caucasian male with glasses who served us our food in to-go-containers. To add insult to injury our food was completely cold!!!!!!!..... I mean who in the world would give someone that has been waiting for 25 minutes freezing cold food!!!!! What kind of establishment is this!!! We were truly disappointed by this experience!!! I have been too many nice restaurants and I am a nice guy and I do not complain much but this experience was much worth complaining about!!!! This will be my last time visiting this restaurant and I will absolutely not recommend anyone to this place thank you have a great day Extreme Pizza!!!

Tried to order online -- waited two hours and finally called to see what was up. They said "the fax was out of paper and they're putting it through right now" Like uhh no thanks it's 230 and we ordered the pizza TWO HOURS AGO. How stupid is it that you order online and it goes to a FAX MACHINE #1 and #2 -- you wouldn't think to make sure the paper is filled on FRIDAY AT LUNCH TIME? Never again. Their pizza isn't even that good anyway. And the guy who answered the phone was not apologetic at all -- if he had been a little bit sympathetic -- might not have blasted them on this review.

The menu has you believing that They have specility pizza and its priced that way......then you see the pizza and realize it has basically nothing on it that the menu states. The pizza is far from specility should realistically be priced at half of the cost. Service was even worse. Had my beer given to another person at the bar and then 10 minutes go by for the bar tender to ask if he forgot my beer. Well over priced and even worse service!

The food was interesting- but not in a good way. I only took one bite and did not want to even taste anything else. The Cookie my 3 year old got was alright and the Apple pie was fine, but the main dishes were not good at all. Plus the day after we ordered we were all running to the restroom all day :-(. Not ordering again.

I ordered online for dinner, received confirmation of the order, with a delivery time of about an hour. I started calling the restaurant after an hour and a half, with no answer. Food was never delivered, but my card was charged. My plan is to go to the restaurant in person when they open, and get my money back-hopefully the customer service is better than what had been reported here.
