Food made to my specifications. It took a while for me to get my food, and the young man who took my order was hard to understand even when I got to the window.

I sat in the drive thru for over 12 minutes. At the window they kept opening the window to give me food that was not mine.

Love the 2/$7 deal, but the beef and cheddar was kinda sloppy and the meat was much thicker than usual. The employees were wonderful though!

Unsure if we got lucky or if the negative reviews are over exaggerated, but the food was perfect. We visited Arbys on a Friday at 9:30. We ordered Boneless Buffalo wings, curly fries, a Crispy Buffalo sandwich, Fish Bites and a Greek Gyro.
Our order was correct, the food was hot and delicious. We’ll definitely be going again.

I love the beef and cheddar but tried a new rib sandwich today. I'll stick to my regular but the quality of meat is great here. Just wish they weren't stingy with sauce on the sandwiches. But I'll usually dip in arbys sauce or I'll order a French dip sauce. Enjoy picking through your fries looking for the coveted perfectly curled ones, they're all delicious though.
