Burger King

Went through the drive through and ordered a number 5 just the sandwich, no cheese. On the menu board it's advertised as $2 for this. I was charged almost $4 for them. False advertising. When I didn't get my fries, I went in to get the missing item. When asked about the order the person I assumed was manager said "ya I don't know why it's like that" we got our fries and I left. Not the first time I've reviewed so low for this place.

The food was fine, but the service was awful, even in the drive thru. One of the employees was having a lengthy social conversation with a man in his car in the drive thru, with seemingly no intentions of moving. The employee seemed completely unconcerned about backing up the drive thru and delaying other customers' orders.

I went to this burger king on May 27th and ordered the buy one get one for a dollar. I ordered two whoppers, when I opened the second one THIS is what I saw! The bun is molded! How did the person making the whoppers not see this? Seriously? I usually don't eat at Burger King because I drive a truck and it's usually only drive thru open, so when the lobby is open it's a nice treat. Well I can for sure say I will NOT be eating at this one ever again. I included the receipt in case the owner or whoever checks these reviews wants proof of my purchase. 🤢🤢🤢

I usually go to this location as the customer service and accuracy is better than the 1st st location, USUALLY! However, our last order was a disaster. We went thru the driver thru on our way home after an extremely long day. Only 2 items in our large order were correct. Well my sandwich was made correctly but it was completely cold. The cheese didn't even melt a little bit. Half the order ended up in the garbage. We attempted to call both locations and both locations the phones were off. Through the drive thru window they appeared to be fully staffed. The staff seemed to be having a great time. I'm very disappointed. I would've preferred to speak with the manager instead of blasting it on here but that is not an option since there phones aren't on and I just had extensive spinal surgery so I'm unable to drive and speak with anyone in person.

Bad service, always a wait. Food is decent but not worth the money. I had to pay the same price for a full meal even though I only got a water. The person who took my order didn't even tell me they were out of pop until I asked for a drink with my meal as thats what it usually comes with. I understand if the employee is new but I think asking if I wanted a drink is pretty standard.

I have frequented this location for years now when I am passing through to head out to the farm. At one point I would have ranked them at least a four star location. Now I will not. It seems that the customer service at this location continues to decline. I have had a few cases now in the past 4 or 5 months that my orders have been messed up in one form or another. I have just dealt with it until now. My family and I went through drive through to get our meals about a week ago now. The inside is still closed from what I understand so everyone has to go through the drive thru. There were only 2 other vehicles ahead of us and nobody behind us. It took roughly 10 minutes for us to even get past the ordering spot. Okay. Things happen. That could be understood if a customer was not fast enough. We received our order and did a quick check of it before leaving the window. It looked like everything was there. We pulled away and discovered that the order was not complete. I pulled back around to the drive they ordering spot and sat there for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. I bypassed that spot and drove straight to the window and calmly explained that our order was missing food. The young lady apologized and got the rest of our order and explained that they were very busy. That sure did not look like the case to us since the inside was closed and nobody was behind us. I am guessing that other people have had the same problem since business has declined and this location does not look very busy anymore. I might try it one more time but may just end going to this location. Sorry for the long story.
