Applebee's

We have had bad luck in the past and decided to try it again and was let down. Ordered Car Side to Go and waited 23min after my order was supposed to be ready. I called them and the gentleman told me I have to be in curbside parking spot for them to bring it to me or I have to go in. There is only two curbside spots and both were full so I was parked right next to it. I ended up going in and getting the food. The food was cold and saggy. The kids cheeseburger was missing the cheese. We also never received the kids milk. Should’ve just went to McDonald’s and had better quality food!

The waiter was rude and gross. She held to go boxes in her armpit and we found hairs in our food. They messed up on our orders and the cooks messed up on our orders once but then we got charged 2 burgers when we asked them politely to remake it. And the waiter put my friends fries on my plate without asking. Her hands looked dirty and the cooks had to remake our orders 3 times because they didn't read them correctly. The following waiter started yelling at another person because they wanted complained about how they got charged for guacamole that they didn't want. The bathroom was so unclean and gross. There were a lot of things wrong in the bathroom that would make you sick. I have been to multiple applebees and this exact one was by far the worst. They also never cleaned our table before we sat down, there was lettuce and sauce all over the chairs and tables.

80% of the food was disgusting. Had to send an entre back. Soggy smashed cold fries, like they were leftover from the day before. Finger marks in the club sandwich where u could tell the cook just grabbed it and threw it on the plate. Made with shredded lettuce and soggy bread. Staff not dressed nicely.
