Curbside pick up order. Everything was correct and the employee that brought my food out provided truly exceptional customer service.

We go to this Whataburger a couple times a month. I would say 1/4 of the time your order would be wrong, but not too bad (mayo when we said no mayo etc). Service is usually good with cheerful employees. The new Spicy Honey Butter Sauce is great. I usually do the BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich, but sub Honey Butter for the BBQ sauce. The biscuits are of good texture and buttery taste.

I just moved to an area near this location. So I make a morning stop by here daily for breakfast. My order is taken by a nice and friendly employee that is where the good service ends. The same young man forgets my drink everyday...everyday. I have to remind him. That should be the first thing I get. It takes me no less than 9 minutes every morning and that is if I am the only one in line. Never any napkins in the bag.
On the bright side the food is as good as any other Whataburger.

One of my better experiences at this location – especially given the hour. Just went through about 20 minutes ago having placed an order and realized by the time I got the window I had a reward that was better pricing than what I had ordered– For what I had ordered. Employee at the window – wish I could’ve caught his name – never skipped a beat.

When you walk in to the restaurant they greet you and offer to take your order.
When you place your order they also make suggestions if you want to add or remove items on your order. I had the biscuits and gravy and an extra sausage patty with a senior drink
They brought your meal to your table and asked if you need anything else
The food comes out hot and right

Food was good but the service was extremely slow. I asked the cashier if they had any pies and she assure me they did. After over 20 minutes of waiting, a manager came out to notify me that they had some but, since we waited so long he would suggest getting a refund. He was kind and gave us free cookies to make got it our long wait. The food was good but, the wait sucked.

I come here at least monthly, but today Devon took my order and it was very busy. He treated me better than most do when I come here, even though I am usually treated very good. Then Ricky at the window treated me like he actually cared and made sure everything was in order. It was a breath of fresh air in our world. If I owned a business I would hire these two in a heartbeat. Give them a raise! Fast food is not an easy job and customers are horrible!

Any time I visit between 4-6 pm, I always end up getting the coldest fries that seem to be scraped from the bottom of the barrel. My burger buns have also consistently been stale. I’m not sure if it’s just the time of day I’m visiting, but I’ve been consistently let down at this location.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the location is convenient for me.
