Starbucks

I was leaving Walmart and decided to treat myself to Starbucks since I had some cash on me. I don't drink coffee often but I had a long work day ahead of me. This location is always friendly and the long line moves pretty fast as I always go through the drive thru. Since this is in a shopping center the drive thru is shaped a little odd and you have to be careful when pulling off. I pulled up to the window and handed the cashier my $5 bill. I had the change and was trying to hand this to her as well. Once she opened her hand she dropped the $5. I understand mistakes happen but it was the way she handled it. I tried to see if I could see the money so I could get out and she stated it was under the car. Still having her hand out for me to pay. She didn't seem remorseful or try to help me out as there was a long line and if I moved my car up the next car would move and this is a disaster for getting hit or causing an accident. I would've appreciated if she said sorry don't worry about it or came out to stop the other cars so I could grab the money. I paid with my card and pulled forward to get my car out of the way. When I tried to get out to grab the money the cars kept pulling up and there was no way for me to grab it. All in all it wasn't about the money but the way the cashier treated me and went back on her headset to take orders. I won't be coming back to this location.

S L O W. These kids have NO hustle. The drinks are fine, but they don't care about your time. It's the most convenient location for me, so I keep going, but I order 20 minutes ahead and still wait sometimes. I'm actually standing in the place right now waiting for my drink that's already five minutes late.
