Ihop

Ms. T served us and she was absolutely terrible. she was complaining about having to work and saying “if it was up to me i wouldn’t let anyone else in here… if it was up to me i would” and let our food sit at the heater for 15 minutes. the chef in the back informed her that her food had been ready and that she needed to bring the food out as fast as possible. there were at least 4 tables that weren’t bussed and they were like that for an hour. when my friend cut into her over easy eggs, they were hard because of how long they sat. we waited well over thirty minutes for our food. i’m sorry but this is the worst experience i’ve ever had here.

This is the worst ihop we have ever been too. We recently moved to the area and gave them another try after the first mediocre experience. Unfortunately, to our surprise and disappointment the second time was worse. The food was poorly presented and smaller portions than a normal ihop; which could have been overlooked if the food tasted good. Such a disappointment :(

There were only three other customers in the restaurant and it still took about 30 minutes for our order. The waitress was excellent but the kitchen staff were terrible. The employees kept arguing back and forth and yelling to the point where the radio was turned up to try to muffle the arguments. There were eight employees working and an utter lack of interest to serve customers. I will never go to this IHOP again! I only gave two stars because the waitress was good. Otherwise it wouldn't have any stars!!
