Cookout

This place is great! The first time I went the drive-thru line was pretty long. The line was worth the wait! Food is good, cheap and shakes are a great topper! I tried the banana fudge shake A+. The staff gets you through the line as quickly as possible and they are friendly. I went back for the chicken strips 2 days later. 😊

This Cookout is amazing during lunch. The crew is friendly and fast, with a double drive thru making things quick and easy. Food is always pretty fresh, and it's pretty quick. When I got back home I checked all my food, and it was all right even if the order was complicated. Overall I am very satisfied with this location and happy to have it in the area. Thanks for taking pride in your work.

I used to really enjoy Cook Out, now I have had too many negative experiences including this one last night. I don't even know what that black char is that was on the in and outside of my chicken wrap. The burger was old and dried out. Basically the only edible part of what I got were the fries. Sad to know Cook Out just doesn't care anymore about their customers. Oh, and the guy who was the cashier last night went to keep my cc. He just gave me my food, gave me look as to what I was waiting for and told him my cc, and said, oh here you go.

The staff working were just horrible. We tried communicating to the young lady at the window and she looked at us like we had a third head. She clearly did not understand us. She should not of been the primary customer contact person. I believe this was the reason we had such a long wait. The microphone at the drive-through is terrible for communicating with the staff. No wonder our order was wrong. The food was terrible. We had an 40 minute wait.

Very plain and basic. The line moved, the order takers were on it, but the food just seemed a bit pitiful. Cheap, okay, nothing wrong if you need a cheap eat. But man if one of the other burger chains were open, I would never come back. A few years ago, not long after they opened, they just seemed to give you a decent amount of food and the quality might have been a touch less than the others Now, it looked like a playdo version of a whopper Jr. Didn't taste bad. I guess I was thinking of some thing bigger than three bites and it just looked so sorry next to the hush puppies. The hush puppies might have been okay, but as these were almost cold, just too dense for what a hush puppy should be.
