Amazing staff and service very polite and helpful, guided me through the options, what they recommend and the prices and the best way to save on a deal, each time I’ve gone in they have found a way to make the order easier then expected and cheaper then many other places

Our guilty pleasure is visiting Dunkin' Donuts at Robin Retail Park, Wigan. The venue is consistently clean, and the staff are always friendly. With their delicious coffee and mouthwatering donuts, what's not to like? It's a delightful treat!

Maddi and Caileb were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They offered advice, included our 8 year old and didn’t rush us. I can’t their service. Banging donuts and coffee too.

Excellent coffee with a high quality roast, and delicious doughnuts to boot. Impeccably clean with staff continually cleaning, and tidying displays. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time, especially Caleb and Chloe, who really took the time to talk and made my tough day so much better. Thank you!

They had great donuts... tho they were a bit sugary. I would recommend people to go on the 12th of ANY month because they have a 12 donuts for 12 pounds deal on the 12th of every month

came in today and new worker named ‘Caleb’ and he was fantastic, introduced me to iced latte and was enthusiastic to the most degree. helped me choose a drink as I’m not usually a coffee drinker and made sure that we were sure and not choosing something that we didn’t like. double cupped my mums tea and asked the amounts of milk and eveything perfect, the other workers never usually do this. Also topped my sisters drink to the max she was chuffed. Please give this man a raise he deserves it!
