4stars for overall of bus station. However not a fault of bus station but I would only give a 1 star for the amount of people who don't no how to queue what as changed from old bus station when people stood behind each other now it's a case of last in queue first on bus. Perhaps needs markings to show how to stand in line. Unfortunately the majority of these people are pensioners who are stood insulting teenagers about pushing in they need to look at themselves first.

Well kept up to date station , very clean , staff on hand to help plus plenty of info screens for bus and train services, cash machine , toilets and small shop and enquiry room too all undercover

Very well planned and warm and safe. Easy to find your destination.

The new bus station is excellent under cover all the buses have onscreen displays on the bays showing times of the bus your waiting for in real time.
Always have someone patrolling the station for added security.
