Lovely cakes and huge slices. Nice cup of tea too. Staff are always friendly. It's not cheap but well worth the couple of extra pounds. Myself and the partner keep coming back for family celebrations or just a naughty treat.

Such a lovely hidden little gem! The owners are wonderfully friendly 😊 the tea and coffee was a joy in the cold weather and don't even get me started on their cakes! I had a toasty and I promise it was genuinely one of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever had and I'm quite the sarnie connoisseur 😉 there's only outdoor seating but it's still a worthwhile visit regardless of the weather!

Absolutely amazing cakes! Such a wide variety and has something for every member of the family. Staff are very welcoming, smiley and friendly. Perfect coffees that have a great blend and ratio of coffee to milk. Would defiantly recommend!

Fabulous choice of cakes, all homemade and deliciously fresh. Tea and coffee is always spot on. Is always such a pleasure nipping in for our coffee and cake fix as we are always made to feel so welcome. Love that our dog is welcome too xx

Our trips to Cake Pod are a highlight for our family, and make a perfect post-parkrun treat on Saturday with a warm cup of tea. After a long run or a walk to The Dream, Cake Pod is always there to tempt me. The Victoria sponge reminds me so much of the cakes my man used to bake when I was younger, and the Blondies are delicious. Huge helpings of delicious desserts, they’re ideal for sharing too.

Wanted to go here for ages and the cake did not disappoint!! The coffee shop is tiny with two tables.... but the staff make up for it with their friendliness! When its warmer, theres plenty more room to sit outside itll be fabulous

Super clean n quiet place to pop in with family/friends ... good choice on lunch menu: note - portions are quite big if you have big appetite!

the cakes are delicious, there's always a great range and they are huge portions so you can buy a few different ones and share them so you get to try them all :)
