A simple 1 combo order took 3 people and finally the manager to understand. Then when I got my order the good was completely burned. If you saw how gross the food were, idk you could tell they were sitting there for awhile and refried a few times. I couldn't even eat them. I took a picture but it's not giving me the option to post it. I was in the drive thru so I didn't noticed the food till I got home. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Can't believe that down graded everything! I went inside to pick up my curbside order since it want working properly. Was completely ignored 6 to 7 times with workers going in & out for the drive thru. I must have been invisible cuz nobody asked me anything or even greeted me! So sad. They remodeled since Covid & it's not inviting at all! No one welcomes you, just a huge touch screen to place orders. Soooo impersonal. 😒😢 drive thru gets ALL the attention. Ridiculous!

I don’t ever leave reviews , but this time I will . Ordered off DoorDash was missing two items had to return to see what went wrong was greeted by a employee called the manager he fixed my whole order and went up and beyond to fix the issue . I know how frustrating it can get working in a fast food as I was a manager before all the things we have to deal with but big salute to Bruno Armas keep doing what you’re doing

Avoid This Place If You Can. I used to go to this place due to the proximity. Never Again. Many Times I’ve passed by for convenience but once I open the bag it becomes very inconvenient that there is a missing burger, or A Simple “no onion” request was ignored. These request are not made lightly due to health intolerance or allergies. On My Way to an early morning business trip I decide to get a Latte From This Place Since I was facing a long drive. To my Disappointment when I took the first sip it tasted bland. It was only steamed milk, the incompetents forgot to put espresso on a latte. Obviously I could not get off the freeway and return to complain and get another coffee. In a separate instance I requested a swap in bread in one breakfast sandwich, even though it’s not the first time for this request the employee taking the order said they don’t swap the breads. After I informed that they have done it before a manager was called. Beatrice, (that’s what she said the morning manager’s name was) said they will do it “this time” but it’s not something that they normally do. Once I opened the bag to confirm, they did swap the bread. To my surprise the other breakfast sandwich Was missing the egg, I’m suspicious it was out of spite. However being annoyed, I parked and took the eggless breakfast sandwich to get it done right. While I waited to get the replacement sandwich, another customer came in to complain about their order. Not surprising. As much as anyone enjoys coffee no one likes it with a mouthful of coffee grounds..

The app showed me thats they only had 3 items for breakfast available at 12pm so I made my order of 3 combos. I arrived at the restaurant to be told by the manager that they stop serving breakfast at 11am but was nice and made my order and also replaced pies that they didn't have in stock but the app showed they did. I was a very disappointed in the app but this location tried their best to accommodate my order and appreciate that.
