You guys! Jamba Juice has plant based smoothies now!……. I thought they always had plant based though. I suppose that means it was never real fruit or veggies? Or maybe not organic before (there was speculation of their produce being “just sugar”, I hope not). Their plant based smoothies is definitely worth a try .

The employees here at the Jamba Juice in The Whittwood Town Center go above and beyond expectations. I was running late to pick up an order :I placed online because of work, and a Gentleman with a very unique name ( starts with an M) was ever so kind to make me a brand new drink. I will be coming to this location from now on. So kind, great customer service and their drinks and food are A+ quality.

I accidentally got in the wrong line, the girl working there saw me, knew I was waiting to order and then called someone behind me to ask for their order, so I left, I felt she was being rude and could have told me instead of ignoring me and my party.

This store is always clean and friendly. Went in today to get an Acai Primo Bowl and it was awesome! The team members were so nice, had genuine smiles and were fast to make my order.

The only size cups available are smalls. They were out of many ingredients which really limits choices. For example, they didn't have pineapple or pineapple juice, yet they are in the same parking lot as a grocery store. An employee could go to the grocery store and pick up what they are out of. This is very poor customer service.

Great smoothies. Great service. Straws are too narrow.
Needs larger diameter straws for the pieces of fruit to not get stuck in the straw.
(This is why some places that serve smoothies use those straws that have twice the diameter of normal straws)

Great place. Very clean, friendly staff. Even when they are busy they make an attempt to acknowledge you. I don't know why, but the drinks taste better here. I drive about 5 miles to this one even though I have a Jamba Juice across the street where I live.

I visited this location today and had a terrible experience. After waiting awhile to be helped, one of the three associates carne to the register. When I began to tell her my order she told me I had to wait longer. I ended up walking out. Won't be returning here.
