I feel like management is trying to discourage people from dining in or staying there longer than they have to because it was so hot and stuffy in there. The air conditioning definitely was not on. Not a pleasant dining experience.

Very very disappointed with this McDonald’s as an Uber driver we never know when these McDonald’s branches are or stay open when your working and driving trying to pick up and deliver orders you don’t have the time to waste or lookup restaurant hours specially after 9 pm the staff in the store were very very rude they were all laughing and making fun when I was addressing my situation I wasted so much time waiting in the drive through they wanted me to come in the restaurant at 9:35 pm I would gladly come in if I know the restaurant is open there was a car behind me I couldn’t back up so I had to waste 20 minutes for nothing even with that they were so rude they closed their window in my face while all the staff gathering trying to listen to the conversation whomever was talking to me that was there as a manager and all the other staff started laughing after she closed the window in my face And making faces this is so disrespectful and so unprofessional I can’t believe how horrible customer service has become these kids need a major lesson on life and how to deal with customers period very bad experience and a big disappointment

Came for delivery for Uber eats, walked in and didn't have to wait long. What I like most when I walk into a business is the customer service and there customer service was good.

Have been here multiple times at 5am when they have the hours posted to be open at that time. But they always have the drive thru blocked and are NEVER on time to open.

Service wasn't very good 1 person working the counter with a line out the door iced tea in the lobby was out so you had to wait to pay then wait again to be helped to fill your drink took more time then necessary there were several people standing in the back doing nothing a second line should have been opened and if you try to use the self serve order stations they aren't working but say open POINTLESS please figure it out customers are paying for service not to wait for it

My order was the deluxe breakfast I didn't get a hash brown . Wasn't asked if it was dine in or take out. My order came in a bag. I said it was for here.

Raw food, ignorant cashiers. Avoid this place like salmonella. I got a quarter pounder, the patty had raw spots. The NEW griddle here should not be spotty like that. The MANAGER claims they come that way and next time I have to specify that I want it well done?! Do you think you're Red Robin? This particular location was pretty bad before the remodel, and somehow got worse. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
