If only I had the option to put “0 stars…” Drama, smart-mouth employees being rude to you when you are asking the cashier questions about what is available because they are “low on chicken.” Arguing during shifts, the worst attitudes imaginable. I will not be coming here. The fact that this place has a 3.1 star rating is mind-blowing.

Just like the other lady if I could give negative stars I Would. Apparently the speaker for the drive-through was broken but nobody could bother putting a sign on it. the car in front of me waited 10 minutes at the speaker and then just drove up to the window I waited 5 minutes at the speaker and then drove up. Sat there waiting for another 25 minutes while the woman ahead of me was trying to get her order and then they start passing their cell phones back-and-forth to each other I sat there waiting for half an hour and finally the girl behind me backed up and pulled out . That's what I did I will never go there again . Next time you're there look at their drive-through window, if it is that dirty can you imagine what the kitchen looks like!

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady at the window doesn't wear a mask, and tells everyone to park in spots away from the window so they can taketheir sweet time preparing your food. She told me they have no chicken tenders, so i order the new chicken sandwich combo. They never gave me my side and the fountain drink tasted off. Oh! And the best part! My sandwich was served on a mini bun! Never again.

Did online ordering. Got the just about when order was to be ready and No one had even started on my large order. Drive thru took their priority. Manager was bad mouthing about drive thru people while I stood there at the counter waiting for my order. After a 40 minute wait, they finally got my order ready. 40 MINUTES WAITING AT THE COUNTER FIR AN ORDER THAT SUPPOSED TO BE READY WHEN I GOT THERE!!! WHITEHALL OHIO KFC IS THE WORST. OH this is the 2nd tome this happened to me at this store.

An employee named Treena or Tina, Who claims she was a manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. (If Tina is a manager I think she needs additional customer service training... cursing at paying customers is very unprofessional I will NEVER return to this restaurant ever again!) (This isn't the 1st time, I've experienced horrible service from this particular establishment.)
