Benjamin Steakhouse

I enjoy dining at all locations (ok I’ve never been to the Japan location). Each has its own vibe, 40th St is the sexiest, 41st St is the oldest and dustiest in the Dylan Hotel, and Westchester is the most romantic location with a nice fireplace. Normally I’m too much of a sviňa to order less than a porterhouse but I had the strip yesterday and it was delicious. Their cream less creamed spinach is the absolute gold standard and the mushrooms are perfect. Nobody is trying to do too much here they’re just perfecting the classics. The guys are pretty hot too.

I went to them twice in a row to celebrate my birthday that’s how good it was. Their service is top tier and always attentive. I never found myself having to chase down the waiter because they’ll always be around to ask if we needed anything. This type of thing gets lost in certain fine dining establishments. They gave me a complimentary lava cake & ice cream with dessert wine which I appreciate along with a nice birthday cheers. I’m very happy I chose this place to celebrate my birthday. Will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends. The food was also amazing, perfect steak cooked to perfection !

Amazing food and excellent service. We had the Steak for Two with baked + mashed potatoes, and Shishito peppers. We also had the lobster bisque. The steak is unique. The char the top layer of their steak giving it a very pleasant mix of crispy and tender. Excellent quality. This is a 5 star experience.

The best steakhouse I've been to in NY hands down. The service was outstanding, the food was beyond excellent and the ambiance was perfect. If you are looking for a fancy date night with a superb meal I suggest Benjamin's. The staff was super attentive and friendly. This truly is a place where you get what you pay for so bring your wallet and some nice clothes and enjoy your night out. Try a little of everything you won't be disappointed.
