I wanted an espresso Frappuccino type drink and I don’t normally order starbucks so I had questions, but the guy in the drive thru was so helpful and nice.. I wish I got his name. Great location!!! And the drink was a very tasty treat

Service here is always great but the drive thru is TERRIBLY designed. They put the order speaker way to close to the entrance and lining up is always chaotic. Just move the speaker further in and it would help so much.

Near closing. Got my order right. Drink tasty. Prices are getting absurd. 5 years ago, it was shocking to pay $5 for a coffee. Now that's doubled to $10. I loathe the charges for special milk, especially since people have gut issues and are making these choices out of necessity, not some fancy add-on. Wished we could have stuck around even on the patio, but they rushed us away. Next time!

I am in this Starbucks right now, passing time, while our dog is being groomed. There are 6 people working here and each of them are so friendly, happy and helpful. (If they aren't happy, the customers can't tell) I arrived miserable and tired and these people have energized me for the day. Thanks Team Thickson!

Best Starbucks I go to. I don’t go as often as I’d like to but when I do in the morning the staff seems to remember me. The coffee is always top notch. The team there is always seeming to have a good time and getting the job done. Do yourself a favour and check it out. If I had to give one piece of feedback it would be to brew the Komodo Dragon more often. Best coffee you have and it doesn’t hit the line up often enough.

I come to this location almost every single day that our family are practically regulars that when we start ordering through the speaker, the people on the other end finish saying our order before we can. Everyone is super friendly and kind, and the drinks and food are so well made and when you say you want extra of something, they give you extra! I love this location and the staff that work here. Even my huskies love visiting for pup cups!

Ordered 2 latte using Starbucks app. Realized my order went to a different Starbucks location when I was trying to pick up. Explained to a staff and they offered the 2 latte at no cost.
