I didn’t think to read the reviews before stopping here. We got there at 7:25 PM and he immediately ran after us and locked the door so no other customers could come in. They close at 8:00 PM. He was impatient and we felt very rushed. Also, it was SO hot in the shop. We looked at the thermostat and it was 82 degrees! Many of the ice cream tubs in the freezer case had frost and freezer burn all over them. They had available 4 of the 20-30 toppings on the sign. At checkout, he insisted I pay cash, but couldn’t make exact change so gave me a 27 cent discount. A car pulled up as we were eating outside (too hot inside) and they couldn’t get in though the hours on Google and the door said 8:00. I do not recommend giving this place your business. They don’t care about the customer, your experience, or your business from what I could see.

I ordered a milkshake, not frozen milk. The employees were perfectly nice in the drive thru and I had no issues with them other than the fact that they don't know how to make milkshakes. It was watered down with literal chunks of ice in it. Like I couldn't even use a straw because of clear, see through ice clogging it.up. I have literally no idea how this happened, but all I know is that I won't be returning to this location.

Never ever go to this store. Firstly. They not even greeted customer though entire store is empty and no drive through customers. Secondly. They did not understand what Ia asking for. This is fine...sometime mis communication. Thirdly, I asked for bill and she thrown in the dustbin. Finally i said atleast thanks for giving ice cream but no reply....seriously I regret in my life going to this shop at this location. I never see this behavior in any store any location. Seriously. Good bye to this store
