I giving it 4 stars despite being discriminated today by the manager “Mohamed” at 5pm-6pm. I came in dressed casually to use the microwave and the manager stalked me and went out of his way to ask aggressively “can I help you”. I’ve gotten this treatment before because of how I look. And even though I look amazing not everyone thinks so. And I am aware. However his behavior is still unprofessional and discriminatory and for a manager he should be ashamed of himself for harrasing someone who peacefully came to use the microwave and possibly purchase something else. I’ve consumed here many times with my wife. And the service has gotten better with the new staff so congrats! there’s white girl there who is rude but efficient and courteous. And hopefully they fired the Asian guy. That guy was so incompetent,rude and RACIST. They are all brave becauee of their panic button. Because in a different setting they wouldn’t act like this. Anyways,do the manager at around 5-6pm today March 4th,2023. Viciously approached me and made me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier there a black lady was friendlier and she usually is. I hope they promote her. She even apologized got her managers actions. This is the type of people who should be in management not D heads like that. I understand the idea of being careful especially due to the circumstances. But to be that aggressive and harass people based on how they look like. Nomatter how clean and nice they are is just WRONG and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not too mention I’ve consumed here before. Again I’ve seen improvement in the staff. So keep going! but do talk to that manager. I’ve seen worst but that attitude is unacceptable. Something tells me he would act exactly the same way if I talked to him in a different setting these people usually have that hate or bad teachings from their homes or environments!
