Smashburger

So I am new to Smashburger and have only been going for about a year. This time I went and my whole order was wrong, no big deal because it happens, it can’t be perfect every time. So I called and the manager jaron was so understanding and super awesome. I was saying it’s no big deal I just want to come later after work and get my burger. But it was a big deal to him. He made sure I was taken care of. By far one of the best manager experiences I have ever had. Smash burger def did a good job with hiring him. And if you can read this jaron you earned my business for life. Thanks man

This place is in renovation right now so they have limited seating. They do inform you of this when you walk in. The food is delicious and worth the price (which is equivalent to McDonald's Combo prices). One thing that I wasn't a fan of was the wire tray that the burger comes on. I didn't like it because I decided to use silverware and cut my burger since it was big and the wire underneath made it really difficult to do so smoothly. I think they should put something more solid in each tray under the paper to make this easier. Overall everything was delicious.

A good burger joint with a lot of options. The service was quick and the restaurant is clean. The prices are high for what you get, but you'll still get a good meal. Making a custom smash burger is the way to go in my opinion. I know that the dessert options are popular, but I did not try one. The location can get kinda crowded around lunch, but seating is typically plentiful. It's worth stoping by if you're in the market for a good burger.

I used to work at one of their locations. The burgers are good, and very customizable so you won't be forced down a path on what to get. The meat itself is a good quality, and there's actual time put into preparing it. The only downside is it's a bit pricier compared to other burger places, but if you've got a little extra money and time, it's usually worth it. The staff are pretty kind here as well.
