Started our stay off being greeted by the nicest valet staff members, one of which is the sweetest lady & she helped us on our last visit three years ago. The casino was full of so many fun machines. Everything was nice and clean…made us feel comfortable. The staff was so nice, made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a nice lunch at the Grill, food is always so good ! Our room was great as always love the comfy bed after long day and night of playing. Thank you for making our family girl trip so special !

It was a spur of the moment 2-hour drive and 2 day stay for my daughter and I. The room and bed were fine, as was housekeeping. The casino was very nice -- appeared to be very clean and sanitized for Covid. Valet parking on arrival was nice. I was disappointed that the Buffet was not there any more. It really left a vacuum in places to eat. I was not impressed with one of the 2 Grill restaurants -- the prices do not justify the quality and food choices for the dine-in Grill. The other one was okay. I had 2 issues relating to staff: my machine shut down with a call attendant message. I had to leave the machine (which had over $200 in it) to look for someone. The attendant I finally found had to be one of the rudest people I have EVER encountered. The other issue was the valet parking attendant on my leaving who took my tip, gave me the car key and walked away leaving me to struggle with loading the baggage in the trunk. I'm 75 yrs old and could have used some help.

We stopped in for just the night while driving through. Parking was simple and convenient to the front desk. The staff was nice and friendly. We checked into our room and we had a beautiful view of the river. The Casino was clean and the gaming attendants were super friendly. I’d definitely go again.

It is a really nice clean Casino. It is the only casino that I know that is still taking cash so bring your money! The ladies in the souvenir shop or excellent had the best experience and the most help from the ladies. The buffet is not open and the steakhouse you have to make a reservation for that only opens at certain times so it's not open on a 24-hour basis not a good deal. No key Rings available in the souvenir shop boo! And it's only a slot machine Casino no tables no cards just push button slots. But the food at the grill that's nice even if there was a 45 minute wait. Overall a good experience but not super fantastic! Keep working guys!

My spa experience was very poor compared to other resort spas I have visited. I did enjoy the facial, but other than that I was very disappointed. First, the massage was not good and I did not receive the full 50 minutes I paid for. I received about 45 minutes. For the prices that the spa charges for the services, they should not EVER short change a customer for the time allotted. Second, they charge 20% gratuity up front, which I believe allows the therapist to feel like they can short change a customer in the first place. I fully intended to leave a generous tip, but I felt slighted that I was charged a tip upfront and then did not receive a great massage. Third, the steam room was not in service, which is one of the things I was looking forward to using while there. Lastly, the elevators of the casino are dirty. I do not recommend this spa. Take your money elsewhere. The experience is not worth the premium price.

This is the nicest casino. Time was enjoyable. I was really treated like a VIP it felt great. The food was excellent at Firehouse. The casino host April could not of been more attentive she as always does an excellent job and makes you feel special. Big and Rich show was great but even better was the VIP treatment at the show a lady named Dee was so attentive and made me feel like a VIP with putting the badge on me giving me goodies and treated me in the most professional manner. I couldn’t of ask for more a big kudos to her and all the staff at the show Room was spotless and hotel staff were ver accommodating. But most of all the Casino host April was very accommodating and always quick to assist in anyway. Thanks keep up the great work! Deborah Penny

Very fun experience, few games outdated and in need of updating. But overall everything was nice. Free alcohol drinks provided while you spin the slots. Order from your game. Very nice staff ready to answer any questions you may have. Just know anytime your gambling there's a chance to lose, so don't play any more then your willing to lose. Overall great experience and would recommend to others. Be sure to check out Montgomery location too.
