They are pushing their Cuban sandwich, which used to be delicious! They had no pickles to put on it, and it appears they no longer press them. AWFUL

I went to this Pollo Tropical over the weekend, and I forgot my bag with all my belongings, and Mr. Juan very kindly located me and called me, giving me all my things without exception, an excellent person, very grateful for the service and attention! excellent thanks !!!!

The dining room closed way too early for a Sunday, but since it was renovated, it looks very appealing. Very slow service via the drive thru.

Pollo Tropical is my go to place whenever I want good food that does not taste like your typical fast food. No matter what Pollo Tropical you go to the chicken, rice and black beans always taste good, it is not dry but juicy and delicious!

The food here is definitely up to standards now from 2 years ago. I think it's under new management because the the service and food from approximately 2 years ago was definitely not to my standards. The manager is awesome. I was there yesterday and my lunch was excellent, the dining area was clean and the staff was very friendly. Thanks for adding to our Beautiful City of Weston. Your Local Westen and Broward Realtor.

Food was great. Beans were a little dry but okay. The day i went they didnt have SAUCE, but we survived. The sign literally made my day because i would expect that in Miami but never in Broward.

I had a good experience overall here. It was nice to see they remodeled the lobby since my previous visit which was at least a year ago.
