Subway

I was served by Bridgette today, and let me just tell you that the sandwich I got today, was the best sandwich I’ve EVER had from Subway. Everything looked so fresh and delicious when I came in! She even took the time to find an amazing piece of bread for my sandwich, and by the time she was done making it, it was SO tasty looking! She made sure that my sandwich was perfectly to my liking, and had a smile and an amazing attitude to boot. Because of her, I’ll be returning again. She really made my day! Please give her a raise, management! Thank you Bridgette!

Worst experience ever. Kid making my food had no respect or cared about it. I told him the bread was falling apart...his response is, "it all goes together."...got home and opened up a blob of food... my kids didnt even want to eat, it look disgusting. My 7 year old makes better wraps and sandwiches.

The quality of product served at this store is appalling. I ordered a salad, and instead of taking the time to make sure everything was okay, they just threw everything together, shoved it in the bag and rushed me out the door. The sandwich I ordered was almost inedable. The bread was soaked, which made it just fall apart, the ham was slimy, and the lettuce was starting to turn brown along the edges. This is the worst subway I've ever gone to, and I don't think I'll go back.

Seen that they were running a special. Came in to support local business. After ordering totaled me up without the special. I asked about the special and they said it is online only. The lady said yeah sorry it happens alot it is not very clear. Felt like it was BS just because I came in and ordered I don't recieve the special and get charged double. I canceled my order asked if I can cancel my order and they just threw everything away. Very Wasteful and a lose lose lose for them. Won't be returning to this location any time soon.

May 22, 2020, evening around 6:20 pm. Went to what I called our Subway. Sign on the door said only 5 customers at a time inside the store and there was 4 so we waited. One of the other customers exitedWhich left three inside and we attempted to enter only to be told by the young man that was working only four people are allowed you need to wait outside. OK we waited then then another lady exited so we can go in and as we waited there were two people working one young lady and one young man. The young lady had her gloves on and changed them regularly and was wearing a mask. The young guy has his mask pulled under his chin While he was asking questions of what people wanted on her sandwiches as he prepared them while all along contaminating. We have always enjoyed the service and people of this subway just putting this out there so the manager knows that the young man working the evening on May 22, 2020 is put in your store in jeopardy of being closed down. Time to make some big decisions we walked out and went to another subway something we have never done before!!
