Chuy’s

Their free chips and salsa (chips specifically - are so light and airy) alone, is worth going to chuy's. I've been to chuy's twice, and have left the restaurant completely satisfied. It's hard to find a place that uses hatch green chili that has a punch to it, but chuy's has hit me with the heat, and I'll be going back for more. Chuy's staff is very friendly, starting with the host at the front door. The place is very clean and uniquely decorative, even the restrooms are beautiful with tile work.

Being from Texas, this place feels like home. The Tex-Mex style food is wonderful (I highly recommend the creamy jalapeno dip and the blackberry margarita!) and the service is great! In the evening, they often offer a nacho station where you can make your own nacho plate with whatever fixings you'd like.

I went here a few days ago for the first time and I was like pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was just okay, (which is to be expected from a chain restaurant) but the bartender recommended mixing their raspberry margarita with their pina colada, and he was right- it was super duper good! Like I literally plan to come back just for that, though I’ll probably just skip the food the next time around!

I love Chuys! They always have amazing Tex Mex food and their sauces are a hit. The Boom Boom sauce is a MUST. it's a spicy queso sauce that is out of this world! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is due to the menu change. A lot has been taken off the menu that I used to love. Like the Elvis fried chicken and the Chile Rellenos. I know this isn't this Chuy's fault but probably a company wide decision. Either way the are one of the best restaurant chains out there!

Coming to this restaurant tonight was my first for both me and as a well as my stomach and from the beginning was welcomed in, and did not have to wait long for a table and once I sat down the chips and salsa came and let me tell you the salsa is incredibly good and you must pay for the queso it's even better and I came at a great time because happy hour is from 4 pm to 7 pm and the margaritas are yummy as hell and we'll made. I ordered the enchiladas and with the spicy green Chile and they were so good and so filling from the start. I asked to try there homemade tortillas and now I know why I want to keep coming here for the drink specials, queso, and tortillas. The staff were great and very helpful and thoughtful with our order and checking on us. Highly recommend coming here for a great dinner or drink specials and appetizers.
