We came again to HoaBinh Restaurant to try Chicken Pho and my family members and friends said that’s good, better than other Northern Authentic or Pho Place in the area. So this time I took their words to order Chicken Pho, yes it was not excellent as I expected but it’s way better than other places on the same street
We came and ordered 5 different plates and everyone approved it
We came again just 3 people and were happy
We came back and 4 of us liked it, specially 2 Chicken Pho for 2 of us
Then last weekend we had 3 Chicken Pho for 3 and Mi Quang, Pho xao ap chao and Mi xao. Very happy with their foods and service

A favorite spot of ours for VN food. Been eating there since it opened.

I stopped going there because they charged me $1 for a few extra lemon. Their food is generally good. I don't eat Pho there because they are skimpy on the meat and there's a lot of MSG in the broth. The old man waiter is terrible but the young girls are very nice.

Traditional and authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Little Saigon. Spring rolls with shrimps is my favorite with their special peanut sauces, probably one of the best in town. Always go for 31 on the Menu - Pho, with beef balls. The broth is just right - light and not too oily. Prices are reasonable and overall atmosphere and service are great. Highly recommended.

You must get the pork chops they are out of this world delicious as for the rest of the food I'm so stuck on the pork chops I have not really had the chance to try anything else because I keep ordering the pork chops lol

Banh beo was amazing. Tastes exactly like home. The crispy shrimp wontons were fresh and hot. I definitely recommend. Pho was decent.

Great selection of Vietnamese food for the money. The food taste great, I can't complain about anything on the menu, however they need to provide some good customer service. They serve your food and leave and not come back. You have to really get somebody's attention that you need something.
