Kfc

I had not been to meet a KFC in over 10 years. Heard they had beyond meat fried chicken. Was on a fast of not eating meat so I tried it. It was just OK, given the fact no one really offers non-meat options in the chicken industry, I take my head off to KFC. The person taking orders really did a great job because I wasn’t drinking anything with sugar in it for my fast. She had me drive to the window and really took care of me. Best fast food service in many many years.

Our drive-thru order was wrong (big surprise). We checked on the spot and they gave us the corrected items without making us pull forward though. But apparently they don't have cole slaw and potatoes ready to go, they have to scoop them per order because it took them that long to give us the corrections.

Hadn't been to KFC in a long time, but I decided to try it again and see if their new chicken sandwich could compete in the "Chicken Sandwich Wars"... Sadly the answer is no. The sandwich was ok, but not great. It's edible but not special. I see why other chicken places have cut into their market share over the past several years. Carry on!

Came through drive through on 1/4/2022 around 5pm. I was worried the line would take forever because I still have PTSD from the Popeyes just a few feet from this KFC. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the line moved. Within 10 minutes I had my food. Also, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They did give me mashed potatoes instead of the coleslaw that I ordered, but I won't dock them for it. Everything else was fresh, tasty and hot. So, I will return. Keep up the good work team...
