Horrible customer service, the girl was so rude and looked miserable to be there. They had no labels on the icecream and did not wear gloves while serving cones. The girl asked if we wanted our $10 change back which i also thought was entitled.

I love this place, absolutely will be frequenting. The froyo is super good and super super cheap! Also, they make one vegan flavor everyday so it's super inclusive if you have anybody in your family with dairy allergies or simply prefer vegan options. One of the only places around here that I've seen publicly advertise on their website that they have a vegan option!

My boyfriend and I love this place! We visited on 7/8 around 9pm and the young girl who took our order was super friendly and courteous. Our orders were delicious and the sprinkles lasted till the last spoonful of froyo. :)

Me and my girlfriend drove 15 minutes minutes out of our way to meet the most toxic ice cream poring people I have ever met, ice cream is great customer service not so much, this is coming from a manager of a pizzeria if my employees were ever that rude and shook there heads at the sight of customers and just flat out rude they tried to charge me extra cause the forgot to put one of the toppings on my bowl like dude I already paid and gave you a good tip, you work with ice cream how hard is it to be nice

Best fro yo in Westfield. So fresh and creamy, I recommend the simple vanilla. Perfect place to go with friends or after dinner. Go to FroYo and you will not be disappointed, best froyo I have ever had.
