Dunkin'

The store looks nice after the remodeling. Fire place inside, more convenient drive through (that I never use), and the seating situation inside and out I think was well done. They seem to be short staffed right now. Over all I have no complains about the customer service. They seem attentive and respectful in my encounters with them. I don't think there hours shown on google are correct. I think they open at 4:30 (maybe I am misremembering).

You guys are not Starbucks, stop being lazy and mix the coffee. I order the same ice coffee almost everyday and everytime it's different. The older lady on the microphone in the morning, please go clean, this isn't springfield, adjust your tone, we're paying you. Burnt sandwiches and unmixed ice coffee.

I placed my online order 5 minutes before arriving at the store. After waiting 20 minutes and not receiving my order I had to leave because I was going to be late. The whole point or ordering ahead of time online is so you can walk in grab your order and leave to avoid lines if you’re on a time schedule. There were only two people working the place was packed and they simply couldn’t keep up with the walk in orders and online orders. So if this is what you’re dealing with simply turn off your online ordering. This cost me $5 and I ended up having to leave empty handed. Very poor customer service. Staff your store appropriately!!!!! It’s not fair to your staff or customers.
