Zoup!

Absolutely delicious made from scratch soup. The salads are fresh and taste amazing. It is a little more than a fast food salad 🥗 price wise, but the taste is phenomenal. They offer various sizes for soup, which is lovely if you are craving soup alone. The lobster bisque is so good, I don't want to try anything else.

If there were functionality to rate an experience 0 stars, that would be my rating. I work nearby and order lunch from here about once a month. Soup is especially good. However, when I went in today to grab my pickup order, I asked a woman wearing a bandanna behind the counter if I may please have some butter for my bread. She spun around, grabbed a handful of butter packets, and almost in a violent manner slammed them in the bag my order was in. She then quickly walked away from me. I was absolutely dumbfounded. Never have I been so blatantly disrespected as a customer particularly while politely requesting an item to add to my order. Places like this should be more cognizant of how employees are treating guests when there are so many other options. Going forward, my business will be taken elsewhere until the employment status of this individual is properly addressed. TERRIBLE experience and am still stunned it even happened.

The place was clean, the servers were friendly and courteous, my soup (North African Cauliflower) was delicious!! The cons, my very small side salad had a "refrigerator" after-taste. Another con for me, the soup with meat options were limited to chicken and alligator. I may have been game to try buffalo or ostrich, but (🐊) no thanx. Overall, my friend and I had a good time meeting up and chatting there! 😊

We love Zoup but always forget about it. They now have broth bowls (this may be an old thing but I just found out about it). So bone broth, old grains and other yummy ingredients to make chunky soup. This is my new favorite comfort food. Also there was a sign on door about being patient due to staffing shortage but I thought that they were speedy and attentive.

Eating at Zoup! (pronounced zoop), was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Before I ate at Zoup! I was lost in the sauce, I was failing school, I was living in a cardboard box, and I was maidenless. However I walked into Zoup! For the first time and everything immediately changed! I was greeted by a handsome lad, and I ordered the ANGEL HAIR PASTA! The ANGEL HAIR PASTA was ready in the speed of light! And I sat at a spotless table and as soon as I put the ANGEL HAIR PASTA in my mouth, my life changed completely. The bank called me and told me they found my missing account with over 5 million dollars on it, my English teacher called me and told me that I wrote the best essay she’s ever read, and my ex girlfriend’s sister called me and told me she wants to go on a date with me! So thank you Zoup! for turning my life around!
