Duncan equals rude! I was in line at drive thru and she was so rude to the guy in front of me . He apparently ordered online and the doors the were locked so he went drive thru and she wouldn’t give him his drink even though it was right there . She was very rude to the customer . And if I wasn’t late for work and already placed my order I would have left! There’s no need to be that rude and nasty !

Lobby has been closed for MONTHS. Can’t order inside at all. It’s incredibly frustrating as there drive thru is always busy and incredibly slow. Waited quite some time and about 8-10 minutes per car. Mobile orders are only allowed in the lobby. Orders are more often than not getting messed up. Cooperation really needs to do there job and help this store out.

This is the only Dunkin that has doors locked and didn't let pick up for Uber eats it door dash to be picked up inside.. every other location has inside pick up for these orders since they are time sensitive. Doesn't make sense to wait through drive through for an order that's already bagged. I imagine they will lose a lot of business for had to cancel a couple of orders for drive through line being to long.. and what's the point of doing a mobile order if you cant pick up inside.. management should correct this.
