Dunkin'

I think this place is service a solid five out of five really for being accurate with orders and having friendly staff. The location itself is located inside the gas station, and long lines can form when going in. They don’t have any drive-through service available here. The staff are extremely friendly and quickly get orders placed. I was surprised that our order consisting of three different people’s items was perfectly made with no issues. Lastly, the food did not have any freezer burnt taste. This is really nice as several other Dunkin experiences have had offputting tastes at other locations around the US.

The staff are very polite and friendly. I came in for a ice coffee and 2 donuts and it was the best coffee I had in while the stuff I believe his name is Justin made my coffee and he made it good.. we talked while he taking my order and he told me he was new and just started but he has a natural talent for making coffee.. I will definitely come back to this location… the staff are fast and friendly and helpful with picking items off the menu..

I used to order from here regularly but, the last two times I ordered I’ve found long strands of hair in my food, thankfully before I put the breakfast sandwich in my mouth. Not only that, If they don’t have something you ordered, they just give you all the wrong items instead of canceling or letting you know. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager about the food and the guy who answered today refused to even give me the managers name let alone let me speak to him/her. Never ordering from this location again.

This place has the best Sweet Tea. I asked and they said they brew it special, which is why it’s better than the rest. I think they brew is stronger and make it extra sweet, the beat way. If you like sweet tea, get it here. Oh, and they have doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches and coffee too. It’s inside a Marathon gas station, so the coffee is always fresh due to the high volume.

When arriving at Dunkin Donuts we notice the staff seem to be a little bit off than usual. I have come to this Dunkin Donuts for the longest time never had a bad experience before till today on 1/7/2022. Eddie the staff member seems to have a little bit of an attitude when taking the orders from the coworker and me. While I was waiting on my food my coworker made a mistake with his food in which he needed to correct. The staff was upset of course which I understand till they started getting nasty to me because I question my sandwich. So I am going to add an Image for Eddie and his staff to show them maybe instead of getting nasty to the people that come into your store you should put the order on the bag correctly so it shows what the customer said they wanted with their sandwich. I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant… so the store owner tell me what my Sand Expo Prt says smh………..
