Watch out when u order thru the app. I paid for my meal twice and I caught it about 20 minutes later and they refused to pay me back. Said they had no way to verify it. But yes they can there's a paper trail everywhere you go. The waiter should have not rung my order up since it was an app order. So she wasn't out of balance. This has happened more than once

It's pretty common for them to forget things in my order. I'm usually order with someone else because I'm pretty shy but once, when I went in by myself, they just never called my number and when I finally asked them about it, they said they already gave me my food and then walked away. They didn't give me any of the food I paid for until my dad came over and told them he needed the order. They were notably way nicer and more attentive to him. It felt kinda sexist because they completely brushed me off and walked away but when HE came up they were smiling, apologetic and super respectful. Foods good though.

9-7-19 Monday 4:30 pm. First time at this location. The restaurant looked different then others I’ve been to. More modern. The lady I met was polite and helpful with choosing my order. The location could have been cleaner. It wasn’t horrible just some food under tables and chairs from messy people. Easy fix.. The foods consistency was similar to all the other locations I’ve been to. “At the time” I came to this location it was overall not bad and I would return to this location. I’ve read other post and did not experience some of their problems they experienced in the past today. If anything changes in future visits I’ll Rerepost.
