Wendy's

This location is extremely varied... Meaning if a certain person is working the drive-through , your order will almost always be wrong! She is so bad I purposely drive to another location most of the time. Also, they make you pull up and wait for them to bring the food to your car even if no one is in line behind you. They do it to fluff their timer numbers so management doesn't realize how terrible they actually are. It's super annoying. Food is usually fresh and they have the coke freestyle machine. It was also remodeled right before covid. I have not been inside since then but it was nice looking and this location is usually clean.

9-18-19 Wednesday. The lady at the register was very nice. The location was clean even in the restroom. The food was disappointing. The spicy chicken burger /meal/ the chicken was hard as seen in video. The frosty was the only good thing we received. So one star for the polite lady at the register and one star for the restaurant being clean. I would not return to this location.

The Ray ville wendys is full of employees with attitudes and terrible work ethic they do not want to be at work Nor do they treat customers w / any kindness or concern for their wants and needs They will only prepare and serve what they choose and are extremely lazy and rude I will NEVER RETURN to the RAYville store again!

In the past I had a few not so pleasant visits to this location but I must say, they’ve really stepped it up! It makes me wonder if they had a management change or something. My food was hot and fresh, and was served up super quickly by friendly associates. I’ll definitely be returning. Keep it up, Wendy’s team!

Tea was water with avery faint taste of tea. Fries were cold and extremely limp. Chili was watery, and I have a better chance of finding an arrow head in my yard than finding meat in the chili. My previous visit was also a disaster when they didn't close the lids on the chili, and I had to spend money to have my seats cleaned. I'll gladly drive out of my way to another Wendy's than go to this location again.

I’ve come here a few times now. Most times are fine. However, today just sucked. The woman taking our order through the drive thru speaker lacked proper customer service and just sounded annoyed by us even ordering. Then, at the window, it took forever to get our food because they kept messing things up and getting things mixed up. They then gave us the wrong food. Ordered regular nuggets (even says it on the receipt) and was given spicy nuggets. Also got a small meal even though we clearly ordered a large. Really disappointed in the experience.
