Panda Express

We originally asked for take out. We ordered a two meal with noodles, shrimp and orange chicken. They did NOT give us the orange chicken! Good thing we decided to dine in, or we would have found out at home. We complained and they just looked at us without saying a word, then a server filled a small box with the chicken and proceeded to dangle it over the counter. As to say “come and get it.” We asked them to please bring it to us, since it was their error. They did, but the entire experience was handled with a bad attitude. Non apology, simply no words what so ever. They have lost 3 long time customers.

Let's begin with a brief visit into the past. When Panda Express opened up in Wenatchee I was one of the first in line. With Excitement and curiosity to try this chain restruant for the first time, I went in unbiased. I ordered the beef and broccoli large entree. To say that it was beef and broccoli was a overstatment, what i actually got was the smallest portion size of broccoli with beef that teetered on edge of existence. It was a bad first attempt at Panda express, one that had me avoid it for several years. Cut to 2022 and I gave it another attempt, I'll post a unedited picture of the beef and broccoli in its glory this includes untouched portion size. I live about 40 minutes away so going back isn't a option when you get home.
