Taco Bell

I wanted to write this review more to recognize the young lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) working the drive thru this morning (8/20). My six year old son has been begging for Taco Bell breakfast after he saw the commercial a couple months ago and we finally made today. She was patient with us as a 4 and 5 year old made their decision and was kind and courteous as we pulled up. Taco Bell on Empure is lucky to have her! Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Food was fresh and I didn't have to wait long. I knocked a star off because I felt a bit rushed when ordering, so I ended up ordering something that I didn't actually want. I ordered a Crunchy chicken box, which apparently includes only one chicken chalupa, 5 layer burrito (which I love but doesn't have any meat in it) and everything else was beef. I ordered it because I wanted chicken and didn't see whether the description tells you that there is beef and other stuff in the box. In the end, it is my fault for not being prepared essentially...however, I would've appreciated a little more patience. Otherwise service was good. I don't really eat Taco Bell...I prefer homemade PR food (lol) but it was goof. Especially the cheesy potatoes.

This is gonna be a great review lol. While waiting for my order in the drive through, my car died. Completely out of nowhere. Don't know why just did. As I told the lady at the window a few of the employees and other customers, I didn't catch their names unfortunately, helped push my car out of the drive through. Very thankful for their help and goes to show how great the employees are at this location were. Thanks again. As I waited for my assistance with the car I ate my burritos and they were fantastic. 10/10 favorite taco bell much love ❤️

I have usually had a bad experience with Taco Bell they always forget something or something is made with the wrong type of meat but this time it was made perfectly with no mistakes and like extra cheese and it was delicious beyond belief. Thank god for the new management! And great job staff! Y'all deserve a raise!

What can I say... this is a taco bell! They put out the exact same products at all of the stores! Consistency is awesome! I love happy hour specials. This TB is a struggle to get in and out of being right on Empire Blvd which is the only reason I don't like to go to this TB. The people here are great and the food is what I expect!
