Went earlier and service was wonderful! Desaray, Jada, and Asya (I believe those are their names) made sure my smoothie was perfectly blended. Will definitely return.

So I came in to take advantage of the T-mobile Tuesday deal so I could get $4 off my order! The young man at the front counter was so kind and patient as I tried to figure out how to use my points through the app. He actually pointed to something and it worked! About my drink..I ordered the watermelon breeze and it was DELICIOUS and refreshing! I split it with my son and he enjoyed it as well! Service was fast(then again I came in late evening lol). Would recommend this place.

Went there for some smoothie bowls. They tasted great and were very pretty to just look at! On the other hand the employees didn’t look like they knew what they were doing. They also took quite long time, compare to when I’ve gone there before. I also decided I would try one of the coffees… they tasted pretty horrible all around which was pretty disappointing.Though I was not the most satisfied customer the smoothies and bowls tasted good!

My daughter and I visit the Webster Location on a late evening on 3/11/22. This was my daughter's 1st time at Jamba Juice. She mentioned to the cashier that she was allergic to one of the fruits. He took the time to list off the menu to help her select which item she can enjoy. A the young lady from the back came to assure of her choice off the menu. My daughter was impressed that the staff took her concerns seriously. Definitely a good experience.

Went inside after my haircut. I had a tonsillectomy on Monday so the diet is soft foods. I go in and they are very nice say good morning give me plenty of time to go over the menu and let me order and we're very nice considering it's difficult to speak. My drink was very tasty and mixed well great restaurant greasy customer service unfortunately due to covid there are no seats or bathrooms but I just took mine home

Walked in today, greeted by Jo and a big smile. As we studied the menu, Jo suggested a Pumpkin Smash smoothie w/ granola. He assured me it would taste like pumpkin cheesecake. Omg it did!!!! It was best smoothie I’ve had so far. Go Jo!!! Jo’s recommendations and friendly professionalism made my visit today a great experience.

Update: I have not seen the employee that was making it unpleasant. In fact the most recent visits have been a pleasure. We really enjoy going now.
The drinks a great but I agree with the other post. Every time I come in all I hear is " why are we so busy". And it's always the same employee . If there was another one close I would never come back.
