My friend and our kids came in on 12/22 around 1pm. The African American lady was being extremely rude to everyone in the lobby. I understand if she was possibly under some stress but she doesn’t need to be talking to people like that. She was telling us that we need to go through drive through, we were having car trouble and couldn’t. A girl that ordered pick up, she was giving her a bad attitude telling the girl that she needed to wait for her order and that’s not a priority right now. The girl that ordered was being extremely sweet and not trying to give anyone a hard time. They missed her sandwich, and she was trying to communicate with them about it, the African American lady was rude again and said she wasn’t helping her anymore. She was being extremely rude the whole time we were in the lobby. Yes we waited a while for our food but I’m not complaining or anything, everything was correct. The manager came out and was being very nice and getting things out. I don’t appreciate how all the people in the lobby were being treated by the African American lady.

Employees were pleasant and drive through wasn’t too long. But my drink was a Dr Pepper instead of a Diet Coke, the buns on some of the burgers were hard, the lettuce in the McChicken was gray and disgusting. Fries were old and gross. They forgot two of our burgers, and we had to go in for them - which again the employees were pleasant and apologetic. But unfortunately the overall experience was not good, and we won’t be back.

We're talking about McDonald's here people, the food is very consistent, the service is adequate. It serves a very good purpose. If you're looking for five star service I don't think this quite cuts it. The one thing you know when you go to McDonald's is you pretty much know the menu before you get there and this place was no different the people were nice and the service was as expected. I can't say anything negative about this place the positive is they did a great job.

I have stopped at this location several times and it's never a good experience. I will not be going to this location again. 2 weeks ago I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers got home and unwrapped to find 2 single plain cheeseburgers and a plain double cheeseburger. I called the store and was told to bring my receipt back next time I came and they would be replaced. Went back today, they replaced my double cheeseburgers but with an attitude because it had been more then a week. However, when I got home, I discovered the fries I ordered today were pretty much raw.

I've gone here 2 times in the last month, and both times I was told they are closed due to short staffing. They wouldn't even sell me a drink. Yeah, I get there's a labor shortage, but if you're having problems with keeping employees pay them better so that you won't have this happen and people will want to work for you. That's how supply and demand works. You can't keep people with what you pay them now, raise the pay so you can get better people.

I ordered a 4B meal, pretty straightforward. I ordered a 4C minus tomato extra mayo meal. I get to the window they had me one drink I explained the situation I'm told to go back around wait in line again they can charge me and correct it there but not at the second window on top of that my fries were cold and not salted wrong button on sandwich for the 4 c order

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered three kids meals for curbside pick-up, showed up 20 minutes after ordering, checked-in, waited 20 minutes for the curbside delivery, decided to go through the drive thru for pick-up, then waited for another 20 minutes before our order came out. We literally could have gone through the drive-thru 5 times to get our order. We didn't make a scene even if we wanted to, but the management definately deserved a few words.

Super rude & unfriendly customer service. None of the employees at the window talked to me. No “hi your total is… thank you.. have a good night” NOTHING. Lady held her hand out for my money, gave me my change and slammed the window shut. Same thing getting my food. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through, and fries were still nasty and cold. Definitely not coming back to this location!
