Rocky's

This used to be one of my favorite spots to eat at, I gave them a lot of business! However once the price gouging started everything went downhill. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous for a Coney island! Last time I ordered take out I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, very simple, my total was $33! But here's the kicker, after looking at the menu and adding up the prices and tax of what I bought once I got home (price seemed beyond unreasonable for what I ordered) my total should have only been $26, so the cashier cheated me out of $7 on top of an already outrageous bill for what we got! I Also put tip money in the tip bucket before realizing they scammed me. So watch your bill, they are adding money into them hoping people won't notice! I will never eat here again after this, if you have to resort to scamming your customers out of money after already hiking your prices up to insane amounts then you don't deserve any business!

I heard about the head cook becoming the new owner of Steve’s and that he’s made some menu changes. I tried the corned beef sandwich... grilled rye with Swiss cheese and mustard. It tastes like it came from a deli. He’s using real corned beef not pressed lunch meat like some places. As much as I enjoyed the fresh corned beef, the rye bread was fresh as well, tasty Swiss cheeses and just the right amount of mustard. I recommend this sandwich.
