Dunkin'

This DD is unlike any other! I have, like everyone, frequented more DD's over the years than I can remember. This location raised the bar so high above a typical DD experience. Cleanliness, a knowledgeable staff- each member conducting himself with professionalism and congeniality, And a display case completely stocked with freshly baked donuts. For me, the biggest surprise was my coffee (specifically, an almond milk macchiato with sugar free vanilla syrup). I have never, before today, had coffee from DD that didn't seem watered down and weak. The expresso I am enjoying this morning packs the same Punch and has the delightful smoothness of a Starbucks Coffee beverage - And, for a fraction of the cost.

The English language skills of the person taking orders was weak. In the short time I was there, more than one person... including me... didn't get our order right. And service was slow as a result. Not a good thing when you're try to get a coffee and egg sandwich and get to work on time. You eat and drink what you got, not what you ordered.

DONT COME HERE. I order dark roast coffee and they give me regular coffee and top it off with 1/2 inch of cold brew. I ordered a bagel from a woman at the counter. As a man who is rolling the ice bin from the back of the store, walks by, she told him I want a bagel.. HE GRABS IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE with his dirty gloved hand! And then puts his hand back on the ice bin WITH MY BAGEL and stars pushing the bin back into place. I confronted them about the dark roast and they made up some excuse. I already said something about the drink so I didn't bring up the bagel but now that I am back in the office THERE IS LEGIT DIRTY/GRIME on my bagel.

Stopped in for a bagel and coffee....saw no bagels on display, asked about them, someone magically produced one. Totally missed THAT red flag...2 mins later I was served, and discovered that the bagel had to be from the previous day. It barely even bent went I tried to fold the bottom half to take a bite from it. Just tearing a piece off indicated how old it must have been. And this was at 10:20 in the morning !! The only redeeming factor here is that the coffee is always good.
