There’s an older man that works at this location on the nights I go there and he is SO RUDE. He cursed out my girlfriend twice already and the other customers behind us. He complained about working in the store since “last night” but I’m not sure as to how that warrants him cursing at customers. We also wanted to buy a pack of mint pods (with ID obviously) and he said he didn’t have any, but we saw that there were some right behind him. He cursed at us again, and honestly, I’m considering never going back if I see his face through the door. So incredibly rude. Fortunetly, there are also a lot of nice men that work there, including a young man who always helps us find what we need. But if this older, cursing man is what seven eleven stands for, I really hope they re-evaluate their hiring standards. As someone who is a manager in customer service, and just as another human, I can’t understand how he could talk to any other person like that.
