Firehouse Subs

I don't typically write reviews, but I think this one is important. The sandwiches are actually delicious, no complaints. My problem is with their hours. The staff closes when they feel like it or just don't answer the phones. On the door, it shows they are open until 9 pm or 930pm depending on the day. On their website, it shows 7 pm. Multiple times, we stopped by earlier than 7 pm and the building was closed. Today, we showed up at 615pm and the doors were locked, though it showed Open on the door. I think the manager needs to be aware of what's going on- staff gets lazy and tired and close up when they feel like it.

I ordered a meal from there today I did not receive a pickle I did not get the dessert which was a cookie that I paid for and when I ate my 1st chip out of the sea salt and vinegar bag there was a hole in the bag in the chips were stale so I called up there and spoke with someone who did refund my money back but they were very rude as in like what you want me do about it. I love firehouse subs in this is my 1st terrible experience

Food was delicious, service was good. Only problem is that there is never any ice in the ice machine, they go in the back and get some, which would be fine except the soda in the machine is so warm that it instantly melts the ice and you have warm diluted soda. I usually drive to Wendys in Pompton Lakes after to get chilled-to-perfection soda.
