$13.60 something for this sad looking *kids meal size* portion. , out side poster doesn't show price and their menu doesn't show price either,. if 13 dollars I would have walked right back out. I remember going to salad works everyday for their Newport salads. Quality, portion, service, all went down and unsure how saladwork are operating in the 2022 market. Wonder who will come and take their business

I don’t usually write reviews but I was just so disgusted by this that I had to say something. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and a steak sandwich. The Buffalo chicken had no flavor and when I opened up the sandwich (which did not look appetizing) I found a sticker inside. A sticker in my sandwich! So gross. Employees obviously don’t care and it shows. I definitely will never order from this place again, and I suggest you don’t as well. Overpriced for terrible food!

I come here every few weeks when I am in the area and every time the salads are fresh, well made and the employees are nice. My most recent visit though showed me how well managed the place is. I had forgotten my wallet in another jacket and didn't notice until time to pay. The owner was sitting behind me and overheard me. I was ready to apologize and walk out being I had no form of payment when she told me not to worry about it and to call later with a credit card. She didn't ask me for my information or even my name. Simply trusted me to call back with a credit card which of course I did. That is excellent customer service. Again, thank you Tatiana!

Ordered baby kale, got curly kale that is normally just used for presentation. I asked for roasted onion they put raw red onion. I asked for apple cider vinaigrette I got Italian. I asked for a white roll I got a multigrain roll. I asked for pecans I got some weird crunchy sugary stuff. I won't order again.

I like to come here as the salads are always fresh. I always order the same salad every time, it seems to be hit or miss with whoever makes it if they are rushing or what. Sometimes there are almost no ingredients, sometimes the salad dressing is really light and not tossed completely, but overall very good place.

Great salads. Disappointed though they ran a special over the holidays for gift cards where you purchase $25 worth and receive a coupon for a free salad. Once using my Gift card it seems not 1 of 3 employees knew how to process it and then I explained how I had a balance of $10 or so left and they must have swiped it too often and was told I should've kept the receipt. Poor customer service staff needs to be trained properly.
