The Taphouse - Wayne

I recently hosted a baby shower Brunch at the Taphouse Wayne. Ian was great to work with during the planning phase. The restaurant was so accommodating and willing to work with my requests. The food was really good, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone enjoyed the festivities, including me! The rooms upstairs are for private events. The stairs are daunting for older guests, but there is a restroom up there so no need to go up/down frequently. The food was plentiful, delicious and refilled regularly. We were allowed in an hour early to setup and decorate. They even accepted delivery of our balloons so we didn't have to transport them ourselves. We had tables set up on the left side and food set up on the right. This allowed more spacing between our tables, and we had the gifts in the room we were sitting in. I cannot thank The Taphouse Wayne enough for helping me plan the perfect day for my son and his fiance. Everyone had a great time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Had the best experience, host went out of his way to accommodate our needs and last minute additions. Our waitress Taylor was awesome. Even staff that wasn't assigned to our table was able and willing to assist. The live band was great, The food was very good. Loved the white sangria. All and all had an wonderful experience.

Decided to give this place a second chance after my previous review (see below). And I’m sad to say nothing has changed. I simplified my order sticking to a burger and fires. To my disappointment, the burger came out like a hockey puck and the fries were hard as a rock. How do you screw up French fries for goodness’s sake. All I can say is that they maintain a strong variety of beer and seltzer. However, I recommend just going to breweries direct. It will save you the inevitable stomach ache later. Absolutely pitiful. I was so excited when I saw the menu but massive disappointed. First, they forgot to put in our order into the system and then I opened the bags. Food was below fast food quality at an above average price. Let the pictures posted speak for themselves. Recommend going to Maggie’s over this heap.

Great pizza....had an issue with another meal and our server Taylor and the manager Chloe did right by us. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Taphouse. Our second time there and had Taylor as our server both times. She epitomizes what service should be. Unfortunately these days good service is not recognized and just wanted to make sure they are recognized for what they do. Thank you!

Went here for dinner with friends last night for the first time. The menu had plenty of good options with food and cocktail selections. Our waitress was kind, accommodating and constantly checked on us throughout our time there even though the place was busy. More importantly the food we got was phenomenal. Definitely will come back if we’re in the Wayne area.
