Well I put my order in for some chicken tenders coleslaw and a sweet tea and I've been sitting in front of the store for 15 minutes now waiting for my food to get done. This is just flat-out ridiculous. As much as I hate McDonald's I should have went next door to McDonald's

We ordered an eight piece meal, extra crispy, on Sunday, May1, around 1:30 - 2:00, at the drive thru. When we got home, we found 1/2 of the chicken was not done, a breast, thigh, wing and leg. Bad management KFC! We didn't receive a receipt so I can't reference any numbers.

This kfc in Waverly Ohio is hands down the best Kfc anywhere. This place never messes up. Great food. If going through this area have to try. Highly reccommend.

There were alot of customers at KFC so I was prepared to wait a while for my order. To my delight the wait time was mere minutes. That was a bonus to the outstanding service from the polite and friendly young man at the front counter.

No one waited on us. They just stood there in a group looking at the customers, so we left.

We have a card that they don't honor for a free half gal of tea or lemonade when you order a meal at regular prices so we ordered the family 8 piece meal IT SAYS FAMILY MEAL ON THE MENU NOT FILL UP and we even ordered extra legs on our meal and was told it was considered fill up meal. Now 24.99 is not a fill up I even checked the online menu and it's the same family meal nothing about fill up so I guess their to cheap to give the tea or lemonade. Now we never had a problem with this KFC until now so if you have the redstreaks coupon card it's useless at this location.
