Dunkin'

Not only are all the employees simply stupid, they have no respect for any customer that comes in. Drinks and food are almost always made wrong but the slight chance that they are correct, they taste old and unmixed. Finding an entire new staff or just closing down in general may be the best options if this company wants to gain any new clientele.

Been here twice in the last week. Each time I ordered my favorite...snakin bacon. And EACH time they were COLD & very obviously GREASY, like they were made 2 hours ago!! My donut was dry and hard. What's going on Waunakee Dunkin Donuts??? I have always raved about Dunkin Donuts and everywhere else it has been great!! I hope the owner reads this and does some training or something because this location is lacking BIG TIME!! I hate to leave bad reviews but had to in this case 😪

Went to Dunkin' donuts drive thru and the person who came over the headset clearly did not want to be at work today. She was rude and her responses. We tried to order croissant sandwiches, they were out of croissant sandwiches said we had to get English muffins. We asked if we could get bagels instead they told us they were out of bagels. Ordered a sweet tea and a chai latte. Received a regular black tea and coffee. They also forgot to put our bacon snackers in the bag. When we went back to get our bacon Snackers it was a very small order. Not the eight pieces promised on the board. The hash browns were burnt and the English muffins were not toasted. This is my second experience with this store where they have forgotten to give me one or more items in my order and I've had to return to pick up missing but paid for items.
