Kitchen and wait staff need to adhere to industry standards. Even though all were wearing gloves and masks, not a single person in the prep cook line had their long hair restrained or hairnets or hats. Witnessed several members of staff touching their hair and face , wiping off perspiration from their face while working directly with food.

The range of ingredients and the choices in the takeout cases makes this shop one of my favorites in the Greater Boston area. It is easy to pick up dinner and/or ingredients that turn the flavor profile of my next home meals into something extra special.

Grabbed kibby and falafel and spinach pie to heat in the air fryer for dinner. Fresh Armenian flatbread to eat with muhamarah and Bulgarian feta. I picked kilo of different olives from the olive bar, best around. Two pieces of fresh tahini bread to have with coffee on Sunday morning at my folks place.

Whatever Turkish food you need you can find here. I am super happy with pastries. They also sell a lot of mezes and dolmades. They are super friendly and helpful. It is a small shop, just be mindful of social distancing during these times.

I love this place so much!!! Honestly I don’t want to move away from Watertown because I don’t want to be too far from Sevan 😭 The best store bought hummus and Tabbouleh (store bought is a loose term given that they make it all there) and treats like yummy flatbreads and “pizza”s - also really good cheeses - I swear I would give this place all my money if I could! The most authentic middle eastern food I’ve found in Boston - go here!!!
